Q: How long is the waterpark pass good for?

A: From the day of your arrival until the day of your departure. Although check-in is later, waterpark access is available as early as noon on the day of check-in. Just head to the Resort Front Desk to pre-register and get your wristband.

Q: What about check-out and my waterpark pass?

A: Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM, but you can enjoy the waterpark until close.

Q: What are the hours for the waterpark?

A: The indoor waterpark will be open from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM.

Q: What about towels?

A: You can choose to bring your own towels or rent towels from the towel station in the Waterpark. Towels are free for overnight guests, but there’s a charge if they aren’t returned daily.
