A Better Way to educate Your Team
In Service Training for CNA
What We Offer:
Annual In-Service Training For care team members, proxy caregivers, CNA, med-techs, or CMA’s.
Most states require in-service training for CNA care team members (also known as certified nurses aides) at most assisted living communities. Because of this, if your assisted living community employs CNA’s, certified medication aides (CMA’s), or nurses, you must provide training to them each year. For example, Texas offers details about its training standards for assisted living facilities. Also, in-service training for CNA workers, CMA’s, and nurses must teach skills that help workers do their jobs well. Specifically, communities have to provide their licensed employees with training in one or more certain topics annually.
Engagement Through Education(ETE) provides in service training for your licensed care team members. In fact, we make it easy to access, too. You can choose to learn online or in person. We also offer both on demand or live classes. In addition, we don’t just give you a class and walk away. Instead, we are here to mentor you, answer questions, and provide additional support. If you must attend training every year, why not make it engaging and empowering? You and your team deserve the best.
Each state has code that tells you the type of training your teams need to receive. All of our classes meet your state’s requirements. For instance, in Texas, students select from one or more of the state-required courses to meet their in service training for CNA, CMA, and nurses requirement.

In fact, we also offer additional support through our Nurse Leadership Development Program and consulting services through RN Delegation Academy.
