RN Delegation Academy
One team, two jobs
RN Delegation Academy is our sister property: the training academy where the medication delegation coursework is built and delivered. The delegating nurse is ours.

How the two fit together
The classroom and the clinic
Delegation only works when two things are true at once: the people giving medications know exactly what they are doing, and a nurse has assessed the resident and signed off on the plan. Those are different jobs, and we run them as different jobs.
RN Delegation Academy is the training. The medication administration, vitals and infection control coursework — with the materials, the tests and the skills check-offs that put what your team learned on record.
Engagement Through Education is the service. The delegating nurse, the resident assessment, the service-plan review and sign-off, and the around-the-clock line when a situation does not match the manual. That is our delegation training and the nursing work around it.
The record stays in one place either way. Assessments, delegation requests, skills check-offs and nurse sign-offs are all kept in the ETE portal, our own software, so the training, the nurse and the documentation are not three systems you have to reconcile before a survey.

RN Delegation Academy runs on its own site. That is where the course catalogue lives and where a facility can arrange training for its team.
