Most training platforms were built for an office and then sold to senior care. Ours was built the other way round: by nurses who have run in-services in a community dining room and know that half your team is mid-shift, on their feet, and will not sit through a ninety-minute recording.

So the platform starts from what your community needs this week. We build the course, you assign it, and it is on your team’s phones the same day. If a new resident arrives with a need nobody has trained for, that is a course, not a scheduling problem.

Learning, communication and compliance run in one place. The course your team takes, the questions they ask a nurse afterwards, and the certificate that proves they finished are all attached to the same record. Nothing has to be reconciled later, and nothing goes missing between a binder and an inbox.

Every ETE program runs on the platform, and everything your team completes on it lands in the same training history you would show a surveyor.
