Stephanie is a Registered Nurse who holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration from the University of Texas – Arlington. She is the CEO/Founder of the RN Delegation Academy and Education Through Education Engagement which educates care teams on how to provide residents and families with exceptional care. Stephanie has worked with thousands of patients in all environments of nursing care, including ER trauma, hospice and palliative care, nursing homes, and assisted living communities. In addition, she has recently developed an app that will help people learn how to care for their loved ones and be able to connect with others who are doing the same.
